1. How are our items made?

All of our items are handcrafted (hand-sewn, hand-embroidered) with love and care

2. What are our items made of?

Please refer to the list below for the materials used in our items:

  • Embroidered crowns: linen, wool felt pompom balls, cotton thread
  • Number and star crowns: linen, wool felt pompom balls, felt cloth, cotton thread
  • Highchair banners: yarn tassels, wood balls, felt pennant, cotton string

3. Are the materials hypoallergenic or suitable for sensitive (baby) skin?

Yes, all of our materials are carefully sourced and pre-washed to guarantee the hypoallergenicity. We care as much about your little one as you do!

4. What are the care instructions for these handmade items? Are they machine washable?

Due to the nature of being handmade, our items should only be washed when necessary to keep original shape for a long time

Shipping & Delivery

1. How long do I have to wait to receive my order?

For estimated time of delivery, please see the list below:

  • USA: 7-12 days from now (via USPS with tracking)
  • Canada: 14-19 days from now (via Canada Post with tracking)
  • United Kingom: 8-14 days from now (via Royal Mail with tracking)
  • Germany: 15-21 days from now (via a German local shipping carrier with tracking)
  • Australia: 14-19 days from now (via an Australian local shipping carrier with tracking)

(PLEASE NOTE: This estimated time of delivery is calculated based on the processing and shipping time and the history of our recent customers. It does not include unforeseeable and uncontrollable events such as bad weather, extended customs inspection or delay by shipping carriers. If you think the dates are too close or you need it sooner, please let us know via message or leave a note in your order)

2. It seems that the tracking is not updated yet, after a few days. Is that normal?
Yes, please kindly allow a few days for the package to reach your country, get custom clearance and once it is in possession of USPS, Royal Mail, Canada Post, the tracking will be updated to reflec the real-time progress.

3. Do I need to pay the shipping cost?
No, you don't have to. We guarantee free shipping on all orders to the US, Canada, United Kingdom, Germany and Australia.

4. Can I change the shipping address after placing my order?
Yes, you can. Please contact us as soon as possible - ideally within one to two days after placing your order - so that we can update the shipping address before handing off your package to our shipping partner. If your order has already been dispatched, you will need to reach out directly to the local shipping carrier to see if they can update or re-route your shipment.

5. In case I need to return or exchange my order, what should I do?
We understand that custom orders are unique and personal, and your satisfaction is our highest priority. Therefore, if you’re not completely happy with your custom or personalized item, please contact us as soon as possible within 7 days of delivery.

Here’s how we can help:

If There’s a Mistake or Defect: Should your item arrive with any errors—whether in the personalization, design, or craftsmanship—please reach out immediately. We will arrange for a replacement, correction, or full refund (including shipping costs) at no extra charge.

If You’re Not Fully Satisfied: We want you to love your purchase. If, for any reason, the item does not meet your expectations, contact us as soon as possible. While custom items are made to order, we are happy to accept returns or exchanges if the item is still unused and in its original condition. In such cases, we may offer:
- A replacement item crafted to your specifications, or
- A store credit or refund (note that return shipping fees may apply)

We’re committed to delivering exceptional service and begin working on your order promptly. If you need to change or adjust your order, please contact us as soon as possible - ideally within 5 to 7 hours of placing your order. This allows us enouugh time to make changes and avoid possible extra costs once the item is already being made. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.

3. If I change my mind and need to cancel my order, how soon should I do it?

We’re committed to delivering exceptional service and begin working on your order promptly. If you need to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible - ideally within 10 to 12 hours of placing your order. This allows us to manage materials efficiently and minimize waste. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
